What this site holds, and what it does not.

Last updated 20 August 2026. Written from how the system actually works. If anything here is unclear, ask: admin@adb-ib.com.

Who we are

ADB IB runs adb-ib.com, a reporting platform for introducing brokers who work with PU Prime. For anything on this page, write to admin@adb-ib.com.

Two kinds of data, two controllers

Some data here is ours and some is PU Prime's, and your rights run to different doors depending on which is which.

  • ADB IB is the controller for the platform itself: your sign-in details, your preferences, and anything you send through the enquiry form.
  • PU Prime is the controller for the trading and client records the dashboard reports on. Those records are created by PU Prime when clients open accounts and trade; we receive them as PU Prime's introducing broker and process them to report each partner's own figures back to them. Questions about the underlying trading data belong with PU Prime; questions about this platform belong with us, and if you ask us something that is really theirs to answer, we will say so and point you to them.

The enquiry form

If you send the form on the front page, we receive your name, your email address, your country, the markup you told us you have, a monthly volume band, and a PU Prime account number if you chose to give one. That submission is emailed to two fixed internal addresses and exists only in that email: there is no prospects database, nothing you typed is written to this platform, and the site never emails you.

What the platform does keep is a content-free record that a submission happened: the time, the outcome, and the IP address it came from. That record exists to limit abuse of the form and is deleted after 30 days.

If you are a partner with a sign-in

For each partner account we hold: the email address your sign-in links go to, the display name you chose, an optional profile photo, your alert preferences, your dashboard layout, your timezone, and when you signed in. These exist so the platform works the way you set it up, and for no other purpose.

Signing in works by emailed link, never by password. Each link is single use, expires after 15 minutes, and is stored by the platform only as a cryptographic hash, so a copy of our database does not contain usable sign-in links.

The business figures

The dashboard's figures, such as clients, deposits, volume and rebates, are mirrored overnight from PU Prime's records. Inside the platform, access follows the partner structure: an IB above you sees your totals and never your client list, and that separation is enforced in the database rather than in the page.

What we do not do

No analytics, no third-party scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising. The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps you signed in. Your theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

Where data lives, and who else touches it

The platform runs on a server in Helsinki, Finland, in the European Union. Email, meaning sign-in links, alerts you asked for, and the enquiry form's internal copy, is delivered through Resend, our email provider, which processes the addresses it delivers to. No other third party receives anything from this platform.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how something is used. Write to admin@adb-ib.com and you will get a plain answer. Where the data is PU Prime's, deletion and correction are theirs to carry out, and we will tell you that rather than pretend otherwise.

Changes

If the platform starts holding something new, this page changes with it. The date at the top is the date the text last matched the system.
